Tie break: Tie break on 1st place ties: a) G/10+3 game; if drawn, b) G/3+2 game; if drawn, c)

Entry Fee: Register online; $98 by 4/15, $108 by 4/21, $128 by 4/23; $160 thereafter.
U1200: $40 less. U700/NER: $50 less. GM/IM FREE by 4/13, then from prizes.
Reentry: Before Round 2, $60 cash, not from Open to Open.

Notes: [1] Open Section. Players rated under 2000 are not permitted in the Open unless they are older than 18 years
and rated over 1800. The organizer in its sole discretion may waive this requirement. [2] Unrated. Unrated limited

Refunds/Cancellation Policy: To withdraw and request a refund, players MUST email their request to
events.CSCA@gmail.com no later than Apr 22 at 11:59 PM. Refund requests not emailed or received after deadline,
