Eligibility: All players that meet grade eligibility are welcome to participate including out of state players. Out of state players are not eligible for scholarships, state champion titles, nor being state representative.

Junior Championship (K-12): G/90+30
One Day Sections: G/40;d5

Junior Championship (K-12): Sat: 9:30am – 1:45pm – 6pm, Sun: 9:30am – 1:45pm
One Day Sections: 9am – 11am – 1pm – 3pm – 5pm
Entry Fee:
Junior Championship (K-12): $38 Advance by 3/16/2026
One Day Sections: $33 Advance by 3/16/2026
After 3/16/2026, Add $22 to Advanced Entry Fee; Online Registration Closes Friday (3/20/2026) at 10pm.
Onsite Entry Fee: Add $37 to Advanced Entry Fee with Half-Point Bye for Round 1
All mailed entries must be postmarked by 3/13/2026
The most recent USCF rating supplement (March 2026) will be used for determining ratings. Players under rating limits for under sections must play in an under section to register with the base entry fee. Playing up into the championship section allowed with $15 play up fee. Players who have demonstrated recent tournament achievements qualifying them for the championship section may request to be placed in that section without incurring the play-up fee.
