By submitting an event, listing, or content (“Submission”) to Official Chess LLC via officialchess.org (the “Marketplace”), you agree to the following Terms of Submission:

1. Eligibility

You affirm that you are authorized to submit the event, listing, or content on behalf of yourself or your organization.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your Submission.

2. Accuracy of Information

You agree that all information provided in your Submission is true, complete, and not misleading.

Official Chess LLC is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information submitted.

3. Ownership & Rights

You retain ownership of your Submission but grant Official Chess LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, promote, and distribute your Submission on the Marketplace and related promotional channels.

You confirm you have the rights, licenses, and permissions necessary for your Submission (including text, logos, and images).

4. Liability Disclaimer

Official Chess LLC acts only as a platform to display Submissions and does not endorse, sponsor, or guarantee any event, product, or service.

All liability for events, products, or services lies solely with the submitting organizer or provider.

Official Chess LLC is not responsible for:

Cancellations, rescheduling, or changes to events.

Financial transactions or disputes between organizers and attendees.

Personal injury, property damage, or losses incurred in connection with any Submission.

Accuracy, legality, or reliability of any Submission.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Official Chess LLC, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your Submission, including but not limited to intellectual property disputes, false advertising, negligence, or violations of law.

6. Moderation & Removal

Official Chess LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to edit, decline, or remove any Submission without notice.

Reasons may include (but are not limited to): inaccurate information, inappropriate content, violation of these Terms, or suspected fraud.

7. No Guarantees

Submission to the Marketplace does not guarantee inclusion, visibility, or promotion. Official Chess LLC makes no guarantees regarding reach, attendance, sales, or outcomes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Submission are governed by the laws of Official Chess LLC.

This ensures it will appear above all other listings before users access the filter bar to search
You will have a choice of adding advance entry listings on your page
You will receive periodic updates of all player registrations
