DESCRIPTION:https://cyoli.org/chess \n$25 \n2025-26 Chess Schedule  \nChaminade High School\nDolan Family Science\, Technology & Research Center\nLocated on the corner of Jericho Tpk. and Emory Rd. in Mineola. \nAll tournaments begin at 5pm.\nCheck-in will begin at 4:30. \nThere will be three divisions by grade level (3rd/4th\, 5th/6th and 7th/8th)  and every attempt will be made to have children compete based on the experience level indicated when registering.  We will use a round robin format with each participant playing 6 games of chess.  Each game will be played with the clock set at 8:00 minutes.  Chess sets will be provided. \nThere is a waiting area available in the building with limited viewing.\nSiblings must be closely supervised. \nIf you need additional information email us at info@cyoli.org.
