Other States Welcome! \nSponsored by CONNECTICUT STATE CHESS ASSOCIATION  and Brunswick School \nDate/Time: Sunday\, March 29\, 2026 (NEW DATE!!!); Round 1 at 12 PM\, then ASAP\nOnline and onsite registration thru 10 AM on March 28\, discretionary thereafter \nLocation: Brunswick School (Middle School)\, 1275 King Street\, Greenwich\, CT 06831 \nFormat: Teams by school or\, if necessary\, school district. Players register individually and\nautomatically placed on their school’s team by school name. All play 4 games of\nrated competition against players from other teams\, only. If team exceeds 10% of\nany section\, it may be divided into multiple teams at organizer’s discretion. Team\nscore derived from top four players of team. Short-handed teams permitted. \nSections: 4 sections (all USCF- and New England-rated):\nHigh School (grades 9 thru 12); Middle School (grades 6 thru 8); Elementary\nSchool (grades K thru 5); and Primary School (grades pK thru 3). \nRounds: 4 Rounds\, Individual Swiss Format with Team Restriction\, G/25+10\, USCF and \nTC/Byes: New England-rated.
